Date: Thurs 22 Oct (6.30-7.30pm). Keen to get on the bike and ride as a family? Learn skills and techniques to enjoy cycling with children whether they are riding independently or in a child seat or trailer. This 1 hour presentation, commissioned by Hobsons Bay City Council, will cover:
- Ride preparation
- Safety checks
- Route selection
- Common hazards and collision avoidance
- Defensive cycling techniques
- Communication
